Our goal is to give you the best in high quality industrial label printers, and we stand behind the quality of each and every printer we sell. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the printer to us (minus shipping costs and a small fee for restocking).
The returned printer must be packed in its original box and accompanied by the original sales receipt. All packaging, parts, accessories, warranty cards and instruction manuals must also be returned. The returned items must be in good, sale-able condition, otherwise the shipment may be refused and shipped back to you at your own expense.
Defective items may be returned to us within 30 days of the date of shipment. We will be glad to replace the defective item with the same make and model of equal value, less any shipping costs and charges). Industrial Label Printers.com is not responsible for any return shipping charges. Your replacement item will be sent out to you within 48 hours of your request. The defective item must then be returned to us in the same printer box.
To return a defective item to us, you must have a Return Authorization Number. To obtain this number, please call 1-877-239-2831. Customer Service is available between 8 AM and 5 PM (CST), Monday through Friday.
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the shipping box. If possible, please use the original shipping box. If that is not possible, use a plain shipping box of similar quality to return the items to us.
Ship the defective item back to us via UPS, FedEx, or standard mail. Industrial Label Printers.com is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, and you are responsible for all shipping costs and charges. If you fail to return the defective item within 30 days of receipt of your new printer, then you will be charged the full price for the replacement printer.
Industrial Label Printers.com warrants only the original end purchaser that the printer is free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase and the original 30 days from the date of shipment.
This limited warranty may become void under the following circumstances:
Modification or repair of any of the original products or parts by the end user or an unauthorized service provider.
- Improper use or installation, failure to conduct regular maintenance and cleaning, or damage by accident or neglect of any covered printer by the end user or any third party.
- Failure of the end user or any third party to exercise caution to protect any printer from electrostatic discharge, adverse temperature or adverse humidity.
